01.

What is your service minimum?

Bridal: For bridal appointments, we require a minimum of 4 services to be booked for us to travel to you. This can be either 4 hair services, 4 makeup services, or a mixture of both. The bridal hair and makeup package counts as 2 services.

Non-Bridal: For non-bridal appointments we require a minimum of 2 services to be booked for us to travel to you. If you only need one service you will be charged a single service booking fee.

02.

What types of products do you use in your kit?

Most products we use are NARS, Armani, Fenty, MAC Cosmetics, & other pro brands. If clients need us to use a specific product due to preference or other conditions, such as skin sensitivity, we will be happy to accommodate and you may bring those products to the trial or event.

03.

Is having a bridal trial required?

Yes! If you are booked with Beauty Brigade, you must have a trial prior to your wedding day with your BB artist. This ensures you love the look we create for you; allows you to make changes; you have the option to try different styles; and you'll feel 100% confident on wedding day that you chose the best hair and makeup look for you!

04.

Do you travel to our location?

Yes, we are happy to travel to your location as long as the artist(s) are compensated accordingly. Please inquire with us for our most up-to-date mobile service fees.

05.

How do I reserve my date?

Unless otherwise stated, clients can secure their date by signing the contract provided by Beauty Brigade and paying the non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards the clients’ final balance on the day of your event.

06.

How is payment made?

The week before the wedding the client will be sent a finalized breakdown of services and balance owed per person, along with a total. They will be able to make this payment online, using the invoice provided.

07.

What is your cancellation policy?

The client must notify Beauty Brigade of cancellation within two weeks of the scheduled event. If the client fails to do so, they will be responsible for payment of all services scheduled.
