Hello my babes! I am back from the honeymoon(more on this later) and ready for a busy wedding season! After the slowest summer ever, the BB babes are gearing up to work work work! First, I cannot believe it’s almost officially fall, and September has basically already come and gone! Where does the time go?! 🤪 Anyhow, this week we are discussing some fall bridal makeup trends! Leggo! 

I have been performing many bridal trials this summer and I am seeing repeats of many looks, just slightly varied to meet my bridal client’s specific needs! 

Warm Eye Shadows: Many brides are opting for warm earth tones on their eyes; such as terracotta, warm browns; and bronzed golds. Many of these eye looks are done with one to two colors; swiping the base color all over the lid and into the crease, then possibly applying a shimmer in the same tone on to the lid or a slightly darker color into the outer corner. We are not seeing the requests of a cut crease like we used to! 

Nude Shadow with (winged) liner: If the bridal babes aren’t opting for warm tones, then they’re going with more nude or neutral brown tones and pairing this with a bold liner! I am definitely seeing more of the smudged liner trend than a solid winged liner. Usually if a bride is opting for a more nude shadow, they pair it with a bold lip. Which brings me to the next trend! 

Plum Lips:  I am seeing a request for more of a plum, mauve, or berry toned lips than ever and I am here for it! Love a good pop on the lips, babe! 

Bronzed Glowing Skin: No matter what type of eye or lip look my bride’s are requesting, there is one thing that they all seem to be in agreeance about and that is, a bronzed glowing complexion! All the babes are wanting that bronzed goddess vibe!

Sheer Glowing Blush: Gone are the days overly rosy rouged cheeks, now my bridal babes are requesting a sheer rosy/peachy glow! Many artists love to use a cream based blush for this look. However, a mineralized blush can give you the same look as well if you don’t like to use cream products!
