Most styled shoots consist of 2 partners(bride/groom, bride/bride, etc.), and a full wedding or elopement set up that showcases how a real wedding would be executed. These are complete with table design, florals, cake, and so many other details. Beauty Brigade has been so lucky to have been a part of many amazing styled shoots! Some we have collaborated on, and some we didn’t. Each time we participate in one of these shoots, we get to utilize our full creative vision, as hair and makeup artists, which is why we love participating in them so much! 

BB owner, Mandi, wanted to create her own styled shoot, but something a little different than the norm. She wanted this particular vision to showcase women and their beauty! After all, Beauty Brigade’s motto is “Finding your natural beauty, and simply enhancing it” and that is what we strive for with each and every client of ours! We don’t want to cover up, what makes you unique and beautiful, instead we want to celebrate it!! 

Mandi had a clear vision for each of the models and the style each girl would represent. However, she also had some help from some amazing vendors that brought the vision of the entire shoot to life! Josie Brooks of Josie Brooks Photography, provided some fun, fresh insight to the shoot by creating different backdrops for each model, and Dara Meltzer and team from Events by In Bloom executed the personal and floral installations, which were breathtaking! 

The shoot took place at Venue 1902 in Sanford, which if you have never seen or been to this beautiful historical venue, you definitely need to visit, because it is simply stunning! It was such a fun and memorable day, getting to work alongside some amazingly talented women in this industry! Sarah Seven and Limitless at Solutions Bridal provided the bridal gowns for the models, and they did not disappoint!
