Hello my babes! I hope you are simply amazing, and staying cool in this summer heat! This week we are chatting about 5 of my personal and professional favorite makeup products! You can find each of these items stocked in my pro makeup kit, and personal makeup bag because I love them THAT much! I am sure you want to know all the tea about why….keep reading to find out!

Milk Hydrogrip Primer: We all know that primer is an important step in any makeup routine. It helps to extend the wear of our makeup and keep products from settling into lines or pores. This particular makeup primer is my go to, especially when utilizing a water based foundation. This primer can also double as skincare as its main ingredients include Aloe, Niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. Hydrogrip primer helps to hydrate skin; and holds makeup in place for up to 12 hours! It’s a win win for me.

Anastasia Brow Definer: My brows need some major help! All that tweezing and waxing in the 90s/2000s left me with absolutely no tail to my brows, so I always have to fill them in. This was the first brow pencil I ever used and haven’t looked back since. This pencil is angled in shape, so I can utilize the tip to create fine hair strokes, or use the angled flat end to draw a straight line to perfect the shape or arch of the brow. 

Beauty Pie Under Eye: This is one of the newest products in my kit, but once I discovered it I was hooked! This is a color correction cream, that also contains a subtle brightening glow. This product is used to help neutralize under eye darkness and brighten! It has been a game changer for me and my clients alike! 

MAC Strobe Cream: This is an OG product in my kit, and will live there forever! This product is first and foremost a moisturizer that offers a subtle glow to the skin. I love it because it is able to be used multiple ways! You can apply it directly to your skin all over for an effortless radiance; use it under foundation for a soft and subtle glow or on top of foundation for a more prominent glow; or mix it with your favorite cream or liquid foundation to create a dewy look. 

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders: IYKYK…..and you’ll understand why I am so obsessed with these! These powders blur and filter out harsh light, conceal skin imperfections, pores and wrinkles.They deliver a luminescence to every skin tone, making it appear softer, younger and perfectly lit. These are my favorite to use when a client requests a glowy, dewy look, or to utilize on mature skin, when other powders will enhance lines or wrinkles!
